The Aspiring Senior Managers Program is a comprehensive 12-month development initiative designed to strengthen and diversify a pool of qualified candidates for senior manager roles—non-executive leaders who oversee second-level or higher managers across the organization. Admission to the program is competitive, requiring a formal application and selection process.

The program includes an orientation and four instructor-led, in-person seminars ranging from three to five days each. These seminars are spaced throughout the year and focus on cultivating the critical leadership competencies essential for success in senior management. Between seminars, participants engage in individual development activities, complete assignments, and receive personalized one-on-one coaching to support their growth and readiness for advanced leadership roles.
