Emotional Intelligence II: Practical Applications

Course Overview

Emotional Intelligence – Part II: Practical Applications (EL2) is a one-day, instructor-led workshop designed to help participants apply Emotional Intelligence (EI) concepts in real-world settings. The goal is to strengthen participants’ EI skills to increase self-awareness and improve relationship management with key stakeholders involved in professional projects.

Participants are asked to reflect on and bring a recent workplace situation where they experienced strong or intense emotions. Although there are no prerequisites for this course, it builds on concepts introduced in Emotional Intelligence Workshop, now recognized as Part I.

The workshop includes five segments—starting with an introduction and concluding with a wrap-up—for a total of 8 hours of in-person training. Instructional methods include interactive discussions, brief lectures, hands-on application exercises, collaborative data gathering, and self-assessments.

Post-workshop evaluations will be conducted to assess knowledge transfer, the practical use of tools introduced, and the overall impact on workplace culture.
