Magdalah Racine-Silva

Magdalah R. Silva is President and Chief Executive Officer of DMS International (Data Management Services, Inc.) which provides professional development, production, and technical support services to major U.S Federal Government agencies. DMS International has been ranked #44 in the Washington Technology Fast 50, # 280 on the INC. 500, and # 24 in the Top 100 Businesses in the Washington Metro Area.

Magdalah has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry with extensive expertise in management, product development, and operations management. She is a graduate of the Harvard University Owners and President’s Management Program (OPM). She earned her M.A. in International Management from the University of Maryland’s School of International Management and Technology in 1995, and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University in 1982.

Magdalah has served as a member of the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC) a non-partisan federal advisory council created to serve as an independent source of advice to the U.S. Small Business Administration, Congress, and the White house on issues of impact and importance to women business owners and is a former board member of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP). She is committed to lifelong learning and leads the company’s corporate social responsibility programs aimed at the greater good.

Daniel Silva

Daniel Silva is the Chief Innovation Officer of DMS International (Data Management Services, Inc.) and leads the company’s Ideas Research & Development (IR&D) activities. He has over 20 years of technical experience and has held several positions including Director of Information Systems, Project Manager, Systems Analyst and Information Technology instructor. He has provided consulting services to a variety of commercial and government clients both overseas and in the United States resulting in best-of-breed hardware/software solutions to complex problems. He has made several public presentations on the topics of cybersecurity, blockchain and digital currency.

Daniel Silva has an undergraduate degree from Hartford Technical College and post-graduate education from the Centre d’Etude Pratique en Informatique et Automatique in France and the International Statistical Programs Center of US Census Bureau, and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owners and President’s Management Program (OPM 38). He began his career as a consultant in Information Technology in 1982. He has provided information systems direct consulting services to the U.S. Department of State prior to co-founding DMS.

Victor V. Motti

Victor V. Motti is the Executive Director of the DMS Academy. He is an international executive with 20+ years of experience in policy analysis, strategy development, and program management. He is a visionary and passionate multicultural leader with a solid history of success in mentoring and leading high-performing teams to achieve shared visions and goals.

He was granted the USA National Interest Waiver (NIW) green card by the US government for his Exceptional Advanced Ability in Strategic Foresight.

He is currently the Executive Director of the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF) founded in 1973 with 300+ institutional and individual members from 60+ countries and is the Managing Editor of the European Journal of Futures Research (EJFR) published by Springer.

He is also an invited professional speaker at business events and academic conferences. He has been a guest speaker at international conferences in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, speaking on key driving forces of change and major transformations at planetary and regional levels for the horizons of 2030, 2050, 2060, 2100 and 3000.

He has published widely online on a range of different topics. His 2019 book, now available also in Kindle edition on Amazon, is titled Alternative Planetary Futures.
