Aspiring Manager Course

This nine-month program is designed to prepare high-potential non-managerial employees for future frontline management roles. Participants are selected through a competitive application process for the program, which includes three intensive three-day seminars, combined with individual and virtual development activities. Each seminar focuses on building a deep understanding of frontline management responsibilities and challenges, while developing the critical competencies needed for success as new managers.
