Cultural Change

The course explores the current leadership and organizational culture to identify principles and values; it assesses the need to sustain or transform them. Where change is identified and needed, leaders and managers must adopt new mindsets and behaviors to move the organization toward a more desirable culture. The workshop is designed to set a strong foundation for agency culture, to enable more effectively execution of strategy, and to promulgate the target culture to the broader organization.
