Creating and Giving Effective Briefings

Creating and Delivering Effective Briefings (CGEB) is an instructor-led training course designed to improve participants’ briefing skills. The course is structured into five segments, including opening and closing sessions, totaling 16 hours of classroom instruction delivered at multiple locations.
