Course Overview

Emotional Intelligence Workshop is a one-day, instructor-led course designed to help participants understand and apply core Emotional Intelligence (EI) concepts to foster effective and collaborative working relationships.

The workshop is structured into five segments and includes a total of 7 hours of in-person training. Participants will engage in a variety of instructional methods, including interactive discussions, brief lectures, hands-on application activities, collaborative exercises, and self-assessments.

To support the transfer of learning and long-term impact, post-workshop evaluations and assessments will be used to measure the application of EI tools and support a positive shift in workplace culture.
