Nele Fischer

Nele Fischer has a background in media studies, oscillating between philosophy and design (University and University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, Germany; University of Cape Town, South Africa) as well as Futures Studies (Freie Universität Berlin, Germany). In her freelance work, she supports organizations and teams throughout different sectors in contexts of organizational change, strategy, and innovation. She also works as research fellow at Technische Universität Berlin, Berlin Ethics Lab, exploring transdisciplinary and participatory ways of creating responsible AI and Human Machine Interactions. She teaches critical and participatory approaches in Futures Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. In her work and research, she focuses on using critical reflection and participatory approaches to open up spaces for transformation and other futures.
