Leading Organizational Change (LOC) is designed for managers who are either impacted by ongoing organizational change initiatives or tasked with leading change within their teams. This course equips participants with practical strategies and skills to identify and address both their own and others’ concerns regarding proposed or current changes, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful change implementation.
