Managing Hybrid Teams
Course Overview
Managing Hybrid Teams is designed to help managers at all levels adapt their leadership and management approaches to effectively lead in a hybrid work environment. While a manager’s core functions and responsibilities remain unchanged, hybrid work significantly influences the dynamics of relationships and interactions both between managers and team members, and among team members themselves. To optimize engagement and performance, managers must adjust how they carry out these responsibilities.
This course offers practical insights, strategies, and tools to help you successfully navigate these changes and lead your hybrid team with confidence.
Instructional methods include lectures, facilitated discussions, case study analysis, video reviews, self-assessments, and daily skill-building exercises complemented by peer and instructor feedback. To enhance flexibility, some assignments are completed offline with cameras off, reducing the live online training time by up to two hours per day.
